Waited an hour and 20 mins without any explanation or communication. The app updated that food had been delivered, but we didn’t have it, so I called the shop and they said ‘the website must’ve done that itself’ and that food was on its way. It then took a further 20 mins to show up.

Has been better chips we’re a bit Hard could do better or will stop ordering from hear as my order usually around £50 and every Saturday

The calamari Supper ordered below was expected to come with chips and the chosen S+V Delivery was fine but it would have been better to have the expected meals. The chicken meal was undercooked and a bit bloody. Greater Care in service is required.

Food great. Luckily I made it home in time for delivery which arrived 35 minutes early.

OK, so I mistakenly ordered a salami and garlic pizza when I intended to order a salami and mushroom pizza, but regardless of that, what I actually got was a pepperoni pizza, and when I called, the woman I spoke to was so rude. She spoke over me and despite me saying I had received pepperoni, she wouldn't listen. I am a pretty regular customer and this was a pretty negative experience so I'll think twice before I order again.

Have it another chance and was probably the worst yet. Chips were stone cold. Chicken kebab dry. The salad was like mush really wanted it to be nice. Fish was soggy Sorry guys. It was really poor was the best for a while

Ordered food online and it was ready for collection at estimated time and food was excellent. Staff were very efficient and the shop was impressive. Highly Recommended

I ordered 2 fish suppers, one vegetable kebab and small chips for delivery. Delivery was very quick - earlier than expected. The fish suppers and chips were lovely apparently. However the vegetable kebab only had onion in it (apart from the salad which consisted of lettuce, sweetcorn and olives). This is not what I would consider to be a vegetable kebab. I would expect a vegetable kebab to have a range of vegetables even the addition of mushrooms and peppers would have made this more acceptable.

Disappointed it took so long but accept it was because of local traffic problems outwith the restaurant's control - food when it did arrive was excellent

Took over an hour, driver got lost and food was luke warm. Not the usual experience i have, so perhaps unlucky tonight.

The pizza was burnt and not delicious, it was delivered cold too. Also the sauces weren’t tasty. Overall the meal is 0/100. But delivering was on time anyways.

It wasn't delivered! I'm 76 years old and ordered online because I don'tgo out at night. Nothing on your website to indicate you were closed. I waited for 2 hours before I had to make myself some toast. Please refund me.
